Our Story
Helping Hands
for Homeless
H4H (Hearts For Humanity) is a healthcare and medical student-led charitable initiative at Alfaisal University — driven by empathy, clinical knowledge, and a commitment to real community impact.
We run medical education workshops, health screenings, donation drives, and community outreach — serving underprivileged families in shelters, orphanages, and low-income neighborhoods across Saudi Arabia.
H4H operates under Alfaisal University's MSA, uniting skilled healthcare providers with one shared goal: creating a healthier, more dignified environment for the vulnerable.
